The CMIPVM DirectNET™ video decoder is an accessory for the XDi Series Network Video Recorders (NVRs). The video decoder compresses live video from DirectNET™ cameras and then transmits the video over Ethernet connections. Decoding the video streams allows for the output of video to be displayed on an external monitor for applications such as public view or guard station monitoring. The CMIPVM can provide views for up to 16 camera streams in an HDMI, VGA, or composite video output. The CMIPVM can support a single image, 2×2, 3×3, or 4×4 monitor output displays.
